These terms are between you and Alab Design Co., a web design and development studio in the Philippines. By using this site or buying a Website Review, you agree to them.
SECTION 01
What these terms cover
They cover using alabdesign.co and buying a Website Review. Partnerships, the Care Plan, the Growth Plan, agency support and fixed-scope projects are covered by a separate written agreement that we both sign before work starts. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
SECTION 02
Using this site
- Everything here is general information about our services. It isn't advice for your specific site.
- We keep prices and details up to date, but the price in your invoice or agreement is the one that counts.
- Don't misuse the site: no spam through the forms, no automated scraping, and no attempts to break or overload it.
SECTION 03
Website Review
- The Website Review costs $500 USD. We send the invoice through Bonsai, and you pay by PayPal or Wise.
- We book the 45-minute call after payment, at a time we set.
- The written audit, phased plan and fixed price arrive within five business days of the call.
- If you go ahead within 30 days of receiving the review, the full $500 comes off your first invoice.
SECTION 04
Prices and payment
All prices are in USD, and your bank or PayPal converts the amount at payment. Invoices are due 30 days from the invoice date.

SECTION 06
Links to other sites
We link to other sites, such as Webflow, Sanity or our clients' sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.
SECTION 07
Our liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for a Website Review is limited to the $500 you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost revenue or rankings. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act.
SECTION 08
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. That doesn't take away any protection you have under the law where you live.
SECTION 09
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of the page. The version that applies to a Website Review is the one live on the day you paid.
